Kathleen Redmond, MA, is a passionate advocate of healthy workplace communication. Kathleen has spent over 25 years working in a variety of positions including management, college professor and university lecturer. For the past fourteen years she has traveled North America working in the heart of industry; speaking, training, and coaching in the domain of communication skills. Kathleen is a certified (International Coaching Federation) Executive Coach.

Our associates are seasoned and skillful professionals. We work with large and small businesses to implement concrete processes for improving communication.
