Dealing with challenging situations is part of the job, yet finding a solution isn’t always easy. At the Centre for Character Leadership, we support leaders by helping them break down barriers and build success in the workplace by creating functional, high-performance teams.

Kathleen and her Associates work closely with leaders to determine their departmental and organizational objectives and values, that supports them in building trust, cultivating engagement, and achieving sustainable success.

Our three key areas of focus are:

1) Transforming your Department or Organization toward a Character Culture

At the Centre for Character Leadership we support leaders who choose to ensure a safe, engaged, effective workplace. We provide tools and resources to honour your current situation, goals, timelines and budget.

2) One-on-One Leadership Coaching Engagements

Kathleen Redmond, MA, MCC offers coaching support to leaders in an individualized manner, customized to your objectives, timelines and logistical requirements.

3) Coaching for Performance (the leader as coach training)

We offer a variety of learning methods to ensure that your team listens to each other effectively, offers positive and constructive feedback and holds each other accountable in a professional, respectful manner.


Coaching for Performance Online Program

Coaching skills (supporting others by asking vs. telling as well as other communication skills to tap purpose, potential and enhance performance) are an essential tool in your workplace toolkit. This online, interactive, three month intensive program is facilitated by Kathleen Redmond, MA, MCC.  The program offers a rich resource of learning opportunities and practical tools for immediate application.
This three month intensive program includes interactive Skype sessions every two weeks, pre-session reading, assessments to determine your own coaching strengths and opportunities, and includes practice tools and post-session resources.
• Three of Kathleen’s books are included in the program
• One-hour sessions starting Monday, February 12, 2018 from 12:15 pm – 1:15 pm, via Skype video call.
• Note: Skype computer compatibility will be required

Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) Program

Access up to $10,000 funding to offset employee training costs.

The objective of the grant is to support workforce development and encourage greater employer involvement in training through cost-sharing agreements between individual employers and government:
The Canada Ontario Job Grant is available to small, medium and large employers to meet their workplace development needs.
