Lois Tori is a Senior Consultant at the Centre for Character Leadership. She is a professional coach, trainer, consultant and author with over 15 years’ experience working with senior leaders in the Canadian banking industry.
As a coach and corporate trainer, Lois has a solid track record in innovative sales management at the senior level with proven ability in developing high performing teams. Lois is noted for her relentless passion for sales, service, coaching and inspiring others to be accountable for their own results. She achieves this with her strong focus on performance management and the ability to hold others accountable for what is expected. She is committed to continuous improvement in employee and customer satisfaction, leading to improved business results.
Lois has led a series of successful sales conferences for leaders, focusing on improving coaching skills and sales routines.
Lois has written on topics related to building character in the workplace to achieve better business results. Her main area of interest is leadership development through one-on-one coaching as well as developing leaders to become good coaches themselves. Lois co-authored the chapter Character at Work Building Character – A Community’s Success Story – York Region.

For over 20 years, Lois worked in a variety of leadership roles at RBC and has a high profile within the community. As a member of the Markham Board of Trade, Member of the Character Community Foundation and Chair of the Character Business Committee for York Region and the Head of the Search Committee for Etobicoke General Hospital, she brings wide expertise to both the public and private sectors.
