The Rules of Engagement Organizational Survey™ provides you with two benefits. This snapshot will help you understand how perspective employees and current staff view your organization from a values and ethics point of view.

Secondly, you will gauge morale, commitment and the level of trust in your organization. These issues impact levels of satisfaction and therefore organizational effectiveness.

The Process:

  • Each person assesses the organization based on the 11 attributes as well general character and communication questions
  • Morale, clarity of vision, compensation, teamwork and trust are quantified
  • Straightforward, confidential, on-line process
  • Findings are debriefed as determined by the organization and the Administrator
