Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Centre for Character Leadership ships your order in a timely fashion and with great care. Shipping for all packages is done via Canada Post Regular Mail or Parcel Service depending on the quantity and size of the order. Shipping usually takes 5-6 days in Canada, and we have set standard rates for this type of shipping. We generally ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. From time to time, this is delayed due to stock levels. If there is a shipping delay, we will notify you.

RETURNS

We strive to ensure your are satisfied with your order. Due to the nature of our products (books, audio and video), refunds are not available, however a purchase credit will be provided towards future purchases.

1. ALL Customers must receive a Return Authorization Number via e-mail before sending back any merchandise.
2. All product authorization numbers will expire 15 days after the date of issue. Returned products must be received by this date.
3. Our preferred method of return is by Canada Post.
4. Most returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt. Please help us by following our procedures.
