The Centre for Character Leadership creates individualized teams to achieve your goals and/or project. We are proud of the individuals who provide support and expertise.

Rick Dominico

Rick has served as Manager Corporate Quality with Town of Markham. Rick’s focus is now primarily on excellence for local governments, with emphasis on building healthy workplaces, engaged employees and systems for service satisfaction. His 30 years of municipal government experience, including over 12 years as champion for the application of an excellence framework across an organization, provides a solid base to assist organizations with their improvement efforts.

Rick has direct experience with NQI (Certified Excellence Professional and current NQI Instructor for various NQI courses) He was project manager for the Town of Markham’s Employee Satisfaction Survey Program for the past 6 bi-annual surveys.

A strong proponent of using appropriate measures and indicators to guide improvement efforts, Rick can help organizations set up and manage effective measurement systems to ensure resources are allocated appropriately and key targets established.

Peggy Grall, PCC

Peggy Grall is a Certified Executive Coach and former psychotherapist with 19 years experience in the areas of helping individuals and organizations make significant change.  Peggy has demonstrated her ability to assist individuals and organizations to explore and resolve complex personal and group issues, through working with organizations that are navigating mergers, moving facilities and initiating culture changes.

Fred Faber

Fred dedicated his professional career to making a difference in public education.  Following retirement as a Secondary School Principal, Fred was contracted by a large urban school board to coordinate its’ Bullying Prevention activities and to establish a culture or respect in its schools.  Fred now works with the Ontario Principals’ Council and is coaching Secondary School Principals to increase their student’s success through changes in teaching practice.

Fred is goal oriented in supporting individuals and organizations, yet understands the power of relationships and the importance of treating all individuals with respect for their abilities, their backgrounds and their character.

A dynamic presenter, Fred has offered numerous workshops to schools, colleges and universities.  Fred provides support to the educational sector, including assessment of the organizational culture, targeted action plans to design and establish a positive culture as well as appropriate training and coaching to set and attain specific organizational goals for improvement.
