3: Transforming your Department or Organization toward a Character Culture – Organizational and leadership assessments and support to achieve your goals and aspired culture.
Coaching in a Character Culture Online Program. (formerly Coaching for Performance)
Coaching skills (supporting others by asking vs. telling as well as other communication skills to tap purpose, potential and enhance performance) are an essential tool in your workplace toolkit. This online, interactive, two month intensive program is facilitated by Kathleen Redmond, MA, MCC. The program offers a rich resource of learning opportunities and practical tools for immediate application.
This two month intensive program includes interactive Skype sessions every two weeks, pre-session reading, assessments to determine your own coaching strengths and opportunities, and includes practice tools and post-session resources.

Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) Program
Access up to $10,000 funding to offset employee training costs.
